Every piece is crafted with care, and we want you to absolutely love what you receive. Here’s our policy to keep things smooth for both of us:

If your order doesn’t fit right, we’re happy to exchange it for a different size or product (subject to availability). The item must be unworn, unused, and returned with original tags and packaging.

As a small fashion brand, we currently do not offer refunds. Instead, we’ll ensure you get the perfect size or a suitable replacement.

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please share an unboxing picture/video with us within 24 hours of delivery, and we’ll arrange a quick replacement.

Please raise any exchange requests within 48 hours of receiving your order. Requests after this period may not be eligible.
